Mary Anne's Place Public Information Meeting

We are humbled and encouraged by the feedback we received at the Public Information Meeting on Monday, December 5^th for our proposed Mary Anne's Place project; a new mixed-use rental and strata residential development located at the 2400 Block Clarke Street within the Heritage Conservation area.  

It was great to see our neighbours in the community as excited as we about the diverse range of spaces, the relocation of the P.Burns heritage building to a more prominent area on Clarke and Queens, the increase in rental homes (with 14 below market rentals), live/work units, and the public realm improvements we will see especially at the Queen Street Plaza. The proposal will also include approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space which will encourage neighbours and community members to gather, socialize and play.
